This Privacy Policy explains how Reel Grit Media ("Reel Grit Media", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website reelgritmedia.com and our publishing application, Reel Grit Media Poster. Reel Grit Media is operated by Tdog Sports LLC, Nevada, USA.
1. What Reel Grit Media Poster does
Reel Grit Media Poster is an internal tool we use to publish short-form videos to Reel Grit Media's own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access or post to anyone else's accounts.
2. YouTube API Services
Reel Grit Media Poster uses YouTube API Services to upload videos (and set their titles, descriptions and privacy settings) to Reel Grit Media's own YouTube channel. By using any feature of this app that relies on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Instagram / Meta Graph API
Reel Grit Media Poster uses the Instagram API (Meta Graph API) to publish Reels and posts to Reel Grit Media's own Instagram account. Use of Instagram features is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Privacy Policy.
4. Information we access and store
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google and Meta when our own accounts authorize the app. These are stored securely on our own private server, with access restricted to Reel Grit Media, and are used only to upload and publish our videos.
- Basic account and channel information (such as the channel or account ID and name) needed to confirm we are publishing to the correct account.
- Video files and metadata that we create and choose to publish.
We do not access, collect or store data about other YouTube or Instagram users through these APIs. We do not sell, rent or share any data obtained through YouTube API Services or the Meta Graph API with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Website visitors
This website uses no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service, to see aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and referring sites). It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, and it does not track individuals. Our host, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep OAuth tokens only as long as the app needs to publish to our accounts. When access is revoked or no longer needed, the tokens are deleted from our server. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. To request deletion of any information we hold about you, email us at the address below.
7. How to revoke access
Access granted to Reel Grit Media Poster can be revoked at any time:
- Google / YouTube: visit the Google security settings page and remove access for Reel Grit Media Poster.
- Instagram / Meta: in Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove Reel Grit Media Poster.
8. Children
This website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
